What does it actually cost?
Publishing is free. You pay one flat fee per confirmed competitor entry, with no VAT on top. Entry fees themselves go to your own Stripe account — we take no percentage — and spectator tickets are yours entirely.
What counts as an entry?
One credit per confirmed competitor, per event. Spectator tickets, add-ons and gradings never use credits — and if an entry is withdrawn, the credit goes straight back to your balance.
My entrants pay by bank transfer. Does that work?
Yes. Offline entries are first-class: registrants upload proof of payment, you get a settle-up list, and marking an order paid confirms the entry — no Stripe required.
Can the event page be in more than one language?
Yes — write the page in up to three languages (English, Spanish, Greek) and registrants use the one they prefer. You choose which languages each event offers.
Is it only for competitions?
No — gradings, seminars and camps use the same registration, payment and check-in tools. Clubs run their internal gradings through it too.
